摘要
隐性知识是形成企业核心竞争力的基础和源泉,本文在阐述了主体隐性知识转化障碍的基础上,全面分析了影响主体隐性知识转化的因素,并应用解释结构模型对这些因素的相互关系进行了科学的分析与评价,文章结合某企业的具体实例,重点探讨了该方法的应用及结果分析,并给出了解决问题的思路和过程。
Tacit knowledge is the foundation of enterprise core competitive edge. Based on analyzing the obstruction of tacit knowledge transform, this paper discusses the factor of affecting tacit knowledge transform and uses Interpretative Structural Modeling （ISM） to analyze the relation of factor. Finally, this paper probes into the application of ISM.
