摘要
本文对从沉降炉及电厂煤粉炉中获得的煤粉碳焦进行扫描电镜观察和分析,发现了孔洞结构的自相似性并提出可以用分形模型来描述碳焦孔洞结构。初步研究结果表明分形特征与碳焦燃烧工况有关。按分形模型计算的孔洞容积与实测结果符合较好。
he coal char obtained from a free fall furnace and that from a coal fired boiler of a power plant are observed and analyzed by a scanning electron microscope. The self-similar property of char pore structure is found and a fractal model for describing char pore structure is proposed. The result of the explorative investigation shows that the fractal features are concerned with the condi.tions of the char combustion. The pore volume obtained from the model calculation and that from the practical measurement are fitted well.
