摘要
分析了TQM与全员创新之间的统一面与矛盾面,通过把TQM分为管理控制模式和全员创新模式两个维度,分析TQM和全员创新之间的关系,解决了一直以来TQM与创新之间既统一又矛盾的困境,指明了TQM理论的发展方向。在创新成为主流的时代背景下,确认TQM与创新之间的一致关系有利于重新评价在组织中推行TQM理论的重要性和实践意义。
This paper discusses the relationship between the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and High-involvement Innovation. By examining the multidimensionality of TQM in association with the external and internal environments, TQM embodies two different models of Management Control and High-involvement Innovation, There is positive relationship between the High-involvement Innovation model of TQM and innovation.
