摘要
通过对河北省野生蔬菜资源进行的野外调查与研究发现,全省现有习见野生蔬菜共67科180余种.结合加工方法、食用特性、利用价值,对河北省野生蔬菜资源进行了分类研究,并对野生蔬菜的开发利用提出了加强良种选育、改良加工工艺等具体建议.
Thls study is about the resource of wild vegetable resources in Hebei Province. Based on primary investigation, the results indicates that there are 180 species of familiar wild vegetables in Hebei Province, belonging to 67 families. According to method of processing and edible characteristics and utilizable value, the wild vegetable plants in Hebei Province are classified. In the end of this paper, the ways of proper uses are illuminated, and the scientific foundations for developing wild vegetables are pointed out.
