摘要
为公正解决评估中专家没有给出全部评估值的问题,探讨了该问题及其现有的解决方法,提出专家评估应满足的原则并分析了其特点,最后给出综合参照估计法。该方法先将同一名专家对不同选手的评估值进行参照比较,得出单项可信度;再将不同专家对同一名选手的评估值进行参照比较,得出相似度。由此综合估计出专家缺少的评估值。通过此方法能扩展评估信息,弥补现有方法信息损失的缺点,为客观、准确解决此类问题提供了新方法。
In order to fairly solve the problem that all the evaluation values have not been given, this paper had inquired into this problem and its current solutions, and then put forward the necessary principles and features of evaluation made by the experts. Consequently, this paper proposed its solution.comprehensive consulting estimation. This approach made comparisons among the evaluation values of different candidates presented by the same expert to get monomial reliability and that of the same candidate presented by different experts to get the similarity. On the basis of the monomial reliability and similarity, it is possible to estimate the values that the experts tail to give by a comprehensive way. This method expands the given information without any lose, and so it is an objective and accurate new method to solve the problems of this kind.
