摘要
现已初步证实,肿瘤细胞染色体DNA失衡是胶质瘤发生、发展的重要因素,而胶质瘤的个体化差异是其染色体DNA失衡类型不同的结果。不同类型胶质瘤特异性染色体DNA失衡变异谱的研究,对寻找与其发生、发展密切相关的关键责任基因,制定其分子遗传学分类新标准,设计合理有效的个体化治疗方案及评估患者预后均具有重要的实用价值。比较基因组杂交技术的建立和研究发现,为进一步探讨胶质瘤染色体DNA失衡提供了有用的技术手段。
It has been shown that chromosome DNA imbalance in the tumor cells plays an important role in the initiation and progression of gliomas. The individual variations resulted in different types of DNA imbalance. The study on special chromosome DNA imbalance spectrum of different type gliomas has important practical value in defining key genes responsible for their initiation and progression, formulating standard of the molecular genetic classification, designing reasonable and effective individualized therapy plans, and evaluating patients' prognosis. The application of comparative genomic hybridization technique and its preliminary findings have provided solid foundations for further investigations on chromosome DNA imbalance of gliomas.
