摘要
本文结合我国紧固件的发展现状，从工艺原理、工艺特点、环境污染等方面详细介绍了紧固件的电镀锌、热浸镀锌、粉末渗锌、机械镀锌、达克罗涂层技术的现状及发展趋势。提出了紧固件镀锌工艺的选择原则。
In the view of present situation of fasteners manufacturing, the present situation and prospect of zinc plating （including zinc electroplating, hot galvanizing, zinc powder sherardizing, mechanical plating, theory, and dacromet） was summarized with technical technical characteristic, influence on environment. Finally, some suggestions are provided for choosing suited technique for fasteners.
