摘要
燃料电池轿车采用新的总布置,引起了整车参数改变,对操纵稳定性产生了影响,因此需要进行分析评价。介绍整车建模和虚拟试验方法,并基于ADAMS建立某型燃料电池轿车的虚拟样车模型,按照国家标准设计了驾驶员控制文件并进行虚拟试验,对稳态回转试验、转向盘角阶跃输入试验、蛇行等试验进行仿真和数据处理,并根据标准进行评价。虚拟试验结果可为整车性能预测提供参考,该方法能有效地缩短产品设计周期,提高设计的准确性,该方法同样适用于传统汽车的开发。
The new general arrangement was adopted by fuel cell car, which caused the variation of parameters of the whole vehicle and produced affects on the operating stability, therefore the analysis and evaluation are needed to be carried out. This paper introduces the modeling of whole vehicle and the method of virtual test, and establishes the model of virtual sample car of certain typed fuel cell car based on ADAMS software. The driver control file was designed according to the Chinese National Standard and the virtual test was carried out. Simulation and data processing were carried out upon steady stated turn round test, turning angle step lumping input test of steering wheel and snake walk test etc. , and carried out evaluation in accordance with the standard. The result of virtual test could provide reference for the prediction of entire vehicle performance. This method can effectively shorten the designing period of product, enhance the designing accuracy and suit the development of traditional car as well.
