摘要
为了解决在神经康复机器人技术中实时定量进行运动功能评价的问题,提出了一个综合考虑了方向控制特征、运动范围,以及速度控制特征的运动学评价指标,用于评价偏瘫患者上肢肩肘关节的运动功能水平。以清华大学开发的复合运动神经康复机器人为平台,对8位偏瘫患者进行临床测试实验,优化了该指标中各特征的加权影响系数,并利用该综合性运动学评价指标对验证组的偏瘫患者进行了量化打分。结果表明,该综合性运动学评价指标与临床常用的Fug l-M eyer量表具有较高的相关性,可以用来定量表达肩肘关节运动功能,并且可以实现在线的实时检测。
A kinematics evaluation index was developed for real-time, quantifieational motor-function evaluations in the neuro-rehabilitation robot technique. The characteristics of the direction control, the movement range and the velocity control are considered in the index which has been used to evaluate motor-functions in hemiplegia patients' shoulder and elbow joints. Clinical tests with 8 hemiplegia patients using a complex motion neuro-rehabilitation robot were used to optimize the coefficients of the characteristics in the index. Evaluation of the hemiplegia patients in the validation group showed that 'the kinematics evaluation index correlates well with the Fugl-Meyer Assessment, can quantify the motor-functions of shoulder and elbow joints, and can apply online.
