摘要
研究了用于浸油的脱壳菜籽挤压膨化预处理工艺(油菜籽清理—脱壳—膨化—浸油)的可行性,及菜籽挤压膨化系统参数(挤压机螺杆末端至模板内表面的距离δ、模孔直径Ф、套筒温度T、螺杆转速N、模孔长度L)对各考察指标(膨化物含油率Y1、榨笼出油率Y2和粕残油率Y3)的影响规律和挤压系统优化参数的范围,即δ=20~30mm、Ф=8~12mm、T=80~100℃、N=20~35r/min、L=10~30mm。指出:只要挤压系统参数选择合适,油菜籽清理、脱壳、挤压膨化、浸出的脱壳菜籽浸油预处理工艺是可行的,且粕残油率较低。为生产中应用上述脱壳菜籽挤压膨化浸油预处理工艺提供科学依据。
The probability of pretreatment technology of extruding de-hulled rapeseed with solvent extraction of oil was studied. It included rapeseed cleaning, de-hulling, extruding and oil extracting. The influence regularity of parameters of extrusion system of de-hulled rapeseed on observed indices was studied. These parameters included the distance δ between screw end and internal surface of die, the diameter Ф of die nozzle, the barrel temperature T, the screw speed N and the nozzle length L. The observed indices included the ratio of bearing oil of de-hulled rapeseed extrudate, the ratio of de-hulled rapeseed oil extracted from slots of extraction cage and the residual oil ratio of de-hulled rapeseed extrudate. The ranges of optimum values of parameters of extrusion system were put out. They were as follows δ= 20~30 mm, Ф=8~12 mm, T=80~100℃, N=20~35 r/min, L=10~30 mm. The test results indicated that if the parameters of extrusion system were selected reasonably, the pretreatment technology of extrusion of de-hulled rapeseed with solvent extraction of oil would be available. Meanwhile the residual oil ratio of de-hulled rapeseed extrudate would be less.
