高密度后牙复合树脂修复磨牙龋损Ⅱ类洞3年的临床效果

摘要 目的观察高密度后牙复合树脂(Surefil)修复磨牙龋损Ⅱ类洞的临床效果。方法对173例8~57岁患者的磨牙邻舱面龋在磨除龋坏组织后制备Ⅱ类洞,用高密度后牙复合树脂(Sure fil)充填,并用传统的银汞合金充填作对照研究。结果随访3年后发现该方法修复后其边缘完整性、修复体的完整性、机械性能等临床效果的优良率为91.01%、对照组为82.81%;继发龋的发生率为4.49%、对照组为10.94%;二者无统计学上的显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论高密度后牙复合树脂(Suer fil)是一种可靠的磨牙龋损Ⅱ类洞的充填材料。是一种新型的银汞合金的替代材料。值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Sure Fil high density posterior restoration on caries of permanent molar mesial or distal surface. Methods One hundred and fourty - seven permanent molars with caries on mesial and distal surfaces of 92 patients, aged from 8 to 57 years old, were treated with Sure Fil high density posterior restorative material after removing all of the carious tissues. The other 125 permanent molars with similar caries of 81 patients were treated with silver - amalgam alloy as the controls. The patients were followed up for 3 years. Results Sure Fil high density posterior restoration could effectively treat caries on the molar mesial and distal surfaces. The success rate was 91.01% in the experimental group and 82.81% in the control group for 3 years followed up. The incidence rate of secondary caries was 4.49 % in the experimental group and 10.94 % in the control group for 3 years followed up. There was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between the two groups. Conclusion Sure Fil high density posterior restoration can be used to effectively treat caries on molar mesial or dital surfaces after removing carious dentin.
