ZL205A合金骨架铸件的内部品质要求很严格,为了消除铸件内部针孔、夹杂等缺陷,用铸造CAE软件优化铸件浇注系统,采用氩气旋转喷吹精炼合金,提高了合金精炼净化水平,从而保证了铸件的品质。
There are strict requirements for internal quality of 205A alloy framework casting, so cast CAE software is employed to optimize the gating systems and Ar rotating spraying was used for improving the purification degree of the 205A alloy melt to eliminate pinhole and inclusion within the castings, assuring the quality of the ZL205A alloy framework castings.
