摘要
研究了功能化酸性离子液体(IL)催化异丁醛环化三聚反应,考察了不同离子液体、反应温度、反应时间、n(异丁醛)/n(IL)等对反应的影响。结果表明,以离子液体1-甲基-3-(4-磺酸基丁基)咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐([(CH2)4SO3HMIm]OTf)为催化剂,在298K,n(异丁醛)/n(IL)=60∶1,反应1h后,转化率和选择性分别为93%和100%。催化剂循环使用5次,催化活性不变,并讨论了反应机理。
Cyclic trimerization of isobutyraldehyde catalyzed by task-specific acidic ionic liquids was investigated. The influences of different ionic liquids, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of ionic liquid (mole ratio of isobutyraldehyde to ionic liquid) were studied. The results show that at the condition of mole ratio of 60:1 of isobutyraldehyde to ionic liquid, 298 K for 1 h, the conversion of isobutyraldehyde and the selectivity of 2,4,6-trisopropopyl-1,3,5-trioxane were 93% and 100%, respectively. Ionic liquid is utilized repeatedly for five times without any apparent loss of catalytic activity. The mechanism of reaction was also discussed.
