摘要
亚麻纤维染色性能存在缺陷,以往多采用阳离子化学改性法、化学接枝法、稀土法、涂料法、添加增深助剂等化学方法来改善其染色性能。文章研究了大气压介质阻挡放电引发亚麻织物接枝丙烯酸的可行性,进行了亚麻织物的接枝与染色实验。结果表明,大气压介质阻挡放电可以引发亚麻接枝丙烯酸,并且很好地改善了染色性能。
Flax fiber has inefficient dyeability. Usually, people adopt various chemical methods, such as cationic modification method, chemical grafting method, rare earth method, pigment method and the method of adding built-up agent to improve the dyeability. The article explores the feasibility of grafting of acrylic acid onto linen by initiating dielectric barrier discharge plasma at atmospheric pressure. The graft copolymer is analysed with infrared spectrum, microraman spectrum and scanning electron microscope. The result shows such method can effectively improve the dyeability of linen.
