蝗虫cyt b基因部分序列的多样性和分子系统学研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用蝗虫线粒体DNA(mtDNA)基因组中细胞色素b(cyt b)基因部分序列,研究其系统进化关系,所测序列与黑尾果蝇的同源序列一起经Clustal X1.8软件比对,选定46条片段均为432 位点的cyt b基因序列,其中变异位点共有137个;选定13条片段均为258个位点的cyt b基因序列,其中变异位点共有72个;选定27条片段均为640位点的cyt b基因序列,其中变异位点有235 个.利用MEGA 2.1软件,以黑尾果蝇为外群,用p-distance及k-2参数模型、N-J法和ME法构建系统进化树.对蝗虫的系统进化关系进行了研究,确定其分类地位,并对蝗虫进化关系进行初步探讨. The original utilizes the locust mitochondrion DNA gene passage array to research such systematic evolution relationship, The isogeny array against the Drosophila melanogaster of the array examineed in company after Clustal X1.8 software than correct. Fixing 46 passages all act as 432individual some cyt b's gene arrays, there are 137 variation spot possess in it, Fixing 13passages all act as 258 individual some cyt b's gene arrays, there are 72 variation spot'possess in it; Fixing 27 passages all act as 640individual some cyt b;s gene arrays, there are 235 variation spot posse's in it. In the MEGA 2.1 software , With Drosophila melanogaster is outward group, In the way of P-distance and K-2's parameter pattern, In the way of N-J's law with ME's law forms construct the systematic evolution tree, Fix such classification position, The evolution relationship is probed into initially to the locust. In the interest of the biological control of locust supplys datas on base. it is better to reflect the relationship of revolution among every group in forms construct the systematic evolution tree of cyt b. The branches of four groups in Lentulidae are changed in the systematic evolution tree, it's disence of inheritance is similar to the group in Acrididae. The position of Oxyinae exists difference in the systematic evolution tree, it's position of assortment mast be researched in further.
