摘要
随着研究方法和实验技术不断的发展,植物遗传多样性的研究工作从形态学水平、细胞学 (染色体)水平、生化水平逐渐发展到了DNA分子水平.形态、细胞、生化及DNA等各水平的分析方法,为研究植物的遗传多样性提供了有效的工具.从以上几个方面介绍了植物遗传标记的发展和应用现状.
With the development of research methods and experimental techniques, the research of plant genetic diversity has developed from morphological, cytological, biochemical level to DNA molecular level. Those methods provided us with efficient tools to study the genetic diversity of plants on different levels. This review summarized the research progress on plant genetic markers and the current situation of application.
