用助磨剂强化铝土矿选择性磨矿研究 被引量:11

On Enhancing Selective Separation of Aluminum-bearing Minerals from Silicon-bearing Minerals by Grinding Aids

摘要 分析了铝土矿矿物的晶体结构特征,论述了铝硅分离的可能性。考察了磨矿过程中助磨剂对铝土矿含铝矿物和含硅矿物磨矿效率和铝硅比的影响,筛选了4种对提高磨矿效率作用明显的助磨剂。本研究采用100mm×150mm的球磨机,在相同的磨矿条件下,加入助磨剂DA、DC-40、Z-16和六偏磷酸钠后,与不加药剂相比,磨矿产品中-200目含量分别提高了7.88、7.54、7.47、7.37个百分点,磨矿产品中铝硅比大于9的物料产率分别提高了24.62、23.17、24.17、10.14个百分点,对应的最佳添加量分别为0.5%、1%、0.5%、0.12%。结合铝土矿的晶体结构和矿浆流变性质对助磨剂的作用机理进行了分析。 The characteristics of the mineral crystal structure of bauxite was analyzed, the possibility of separating aluminum from silicon studied and the effect of grinding aids in the gTinding process on the grinding efficiency of aluminum - bearing minerals and silicon - bearing minerals in bauxite and on the A/S ratio were investigated. As a result, four grinding aids that could evidently raise the grinding efficiency were screened out. In this investigation, Ф 100mm × 150mm ball mill was used. Under the same grinding conditions, when the grinding aids such as DA, DC -40, Z - 16 and ( NaPO3)6were added, the content of - 200 mesh in the ground product was increased by 7.88,7.54, 7.47 and 7.37 percentage poittts respectively and the yield of the fraction with a A/S ratio above 9 in the ground product was improved by 24.62, 23.17, 24.17 and 10.14 percentage points respectively with the optimum dose of 0.5% , 1% , 0.5% and 0.12% respectively for DA, DC- 40, Z- 16 and (NAPO3)6, compared with the product ground without adding grinding aid. Analysis was also made of the mechanism of grinding aids in combination with the crystal structure of bauxite and the slurry theology.
