摘要
测试了不同温、湿度和剂量下白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)对沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophae-colus)幼虫的致病力。实验设置了10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃5个温度水平,用高浓度(1×108个/ml)、中浓度(1×107个/ml)、低浓度(1×106个/ml)的白僵菌孢子液分别感染低、中、高龄的沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫。结果表明:在25℃,90%RH,1×108个/ml的浓度下,白僵菌对沙棘木蠹蛾低龄幼虫的致死效果最高,达到89%。高于或低于25℃时,白僵菌对沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫的侵染效果降低。相对湿度发生变化时,沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫死亡速度和死亡率明显不同。相对湿度为90%左右时,沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫死亡速度最快,死亡率最高;相对湿度低于70%时,沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫死亡率显著降低。
The pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana to Holcocerus hippophaecolus larvae under different temperatures, humidities and dosages was studied in the laboratory. The young, medium and old- instar larvae of the seabuckthorn carpenter (Holcocerus hippophaecolus) were infected with different concentrations of B. bassiana under 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30℃ conditions. The results showed that under 25℃, RH90%, concentration (1× 10^8 conidia per ml), the larvae died most quickly and the mortalities were the highest. As the ambient temperature turned higher or lower than 25℃, and the larvae died slowly under these temperatures. There were significant differences among the mortalities of the seabuckthorn carpenter under different humidities. The larvae died most quickly and the mortality was the highest under 90% relative humidity, while the mortality decreased drastically under 70% relative humidity.
