摘要
数控车床加工螺纹时,螺纹插补就是主轴脉冲编码器每转脉冲数K和螺距长度P的直线插补问题。常用螺纹插补算法中,很难选取一个恒定的脉冲计数值n,以满足高速切削要求。介绍一种改进的螺纹插补算法,该算法采用可变的脉冲计数值,能达到高速切削时运行平稳的目的。
Screw thread interpolation is linear interpolation of K( the number of pulse per-revolution) and P ( thread lead) when thread processed. The interpolation algorithm in common use can't meet the demands of high speed thread cutting, because it is difficult to find a invariable pulse count value 'n'. An improved interpolation algorithm adopted a variable pulse count value was introduced. This algorithm can ensure high speed thread cutting and smooth moving.
