摘要
本文运用因子分析的方法,探求出反映国际教育竞争力水平的四个综合指标,即“教育投入”、“教育规模”、“教育效率”和“教育产出”。根据这四个综合指标,采用聚类分析的方法得到国际教育竞争力水平的排名和等级划分。结果表明:1.世界教育竞争力水平区域发展不平衡,两级分化严重;2.在空间分布上,世界教育竞争力水平区域发展由高到低呈现出较明显的欧洲—北美洲—亚洲—南美洲—非洲的阶梯分布特征;3.教育竞争力水平与经济发展水平密切相关;4.中国的教育竞争力水平偏低,亟待提高。最后,笔者针对造成我国教育竞争力水平偏低的原因,提出了提高我国教育竞争力水平的政策建议。
This paper uses the method of factor analysis to explore four general indexes that can reflect the level of international educational competition power. They are "educational input" , "educational scale" , "educational efficiency and eaucauona output . According to these general indexeN and the method of clustering analysis, we get the order of each country in educational competition power and the ranking partition of the level of international educational competition power. The results indicate. Firstly, the development of education in different countries of the world is non-balanced. Secondly, the development of education in different continents of the worldtakes on a picture of ladder distribution, in which the Eu rope is the highest, then is the North America, the Asia and the South America, the Africa is the lowest. Thirdly, the level of educational competition power is high relevant to the level of economical development. Fourthly, the level of educational competition power of China is low and needed to be improved greatly. In the end, the authors make some policy suggestions for improving the level of educational tom petition power of China.
