摘要
分析了涡轮发动机叶尖径向间隙变化对发动机性能的影响。根据叶尖间隙传感器的使用要求和应用环境,设计了差动式光纤位移传感器进行间隙测量,它采用单光纤传光,两组光纤束接收散射光的结构形式。该传感器能有效消除被测叶片叶尖表面反射率、光源波动等对测量结果的影响。
The conception of blade tip radial clearance of engine is introduced, and the effect of clearance variety to aero-engine' s performance is analyzed. According to the application requirements and enviroument of tip clearance sensor, we have designed a differential optical fiber displacement sensor to measure tip clearance. This sensor adopted single-bundle fiber transmitters for laser beam delivery and double-bundle fibers for collecting the diffusely scattered light. The sensor can efficiently eliminate the influence of surface reflectivity of the measured blade tip and the light source fluctuation on measurement results.
