摘要
在田间条件下,利用不同施肥方式(包括施肥种类、用量和时期),研究了施肥管理对改善品质差小麦加工品质的可行性及其原因,结果表明:在尿素和二铵做种肥基础上,每公顷施硫酸钾45kg或开花期叶喷3%尿素,有明显改善品质差小麦的加工品质的作用,表现为提高角质率、增加干湿面筋含量和沉降值。
The feasibility and factors involved of fertilizer application to improve wheat baking quality were investigated in field conditions. The results show that the application of 45kg/ha of sodium sulphate at seeding or late application of 3% urea solution with combination of urea and di-ammonium phosphate at seeding have significant roles in improving the baking quality of poor quality wheat cultivars , primarily due to the increases of flinty kernel, wet gluten content and sedimentation value.
