摘要
香粳832和申香粳4号是上海市农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所顾德法等从武香203经软X-射线辐射的后代中选育出的优良品种。通过RAPD分析,证明了用软X-射线辐射处理萌动种子后可引起后代基因水平上的变化.
FJR 832 (Fragrant Japonica Rice 832) and SFJR No. 4 were bred from the variant individuals of Wuxiang 203,after the parental germinating seeds had been irradiated with soft-X-ray. We have applied the newly developed technique of random amplification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD) to the analysis of the differences among the above three cultivars at molecular level. 22 arbitrary primers amplified a total of 380 distinct DNA fragments.Polymorphisms amplified among the cultivars were relatively high (20/380= 5. 3% ). It was indicated that great changes of offspring at gene level could be caused after the Wuxiang 203 germinating seeds had been irradiated with soft-X-ray,and it suggests that radiant breeding is an efficient way to obtain crops with high qualities.
