摘要
目的:建立测定醋托酚含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸(75∶25)并用三乙胺调pH为4.0;检测波长:231nm。结果:醋托酚在10~300μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:本方法可用于醋托酚的含量测定,方法简便,准确,专属性强。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Acetorphan. Method:HPLC method was carried on a column of Hypersil C18 (4.6 × 150mm,5μm) ,with the mobile phase of methanol : 0. 05M H3PO4(75 : 25) solution,adjust the pH to 4.0 with triethylamine,at the flow rate of lml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength of 231nm. Results : Acetorphan revealed linearity is with in the range of 10~300μg · ml^-1. The mean recovery was 99.96% (RSD = 0. 26%, n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate,the precision and replication were well,and can be used as a method for determination of this product.
