摘要
台湾地区金融控股公司的建立是在经济、金融自由化的背景之下。自由化进程造成了台湾金融控股公司发展过于迅速,各子公司体制不健全,治理结构较为薄弱等缺陷,而由此也带来了对金融控股公司的监管难度。分析这一自由化进程下台湾金融控股公司的监管,总结和吸收经验与教训,将对我国金融市场改革有较好的借鉴作用。
Taiwan financial holding companies are established based on the background of economic and financial liberalism. Liberalism process makes Taiwan financial holding companies development too fast and makes the system of subsidiaries not complete and makes managemere structure weak, which causes the difficulty in supervision of the financial holding companies. Analysis of the supervision of Taiwan financial holding companies in the process of liberalism and summarization and uptake of its experience and lessons are of important significance to financial market reform of China.
