小波滤波器的构造及其在图像压缩中的应用

摘要 文[1]中提出构造小波滤波器的一种新算法,这种方法避免使用Z变换或Fourier变换,是一种非常好的构造小波的方法.本文总结研究了如何确定滤波器长度与消失矩的阶数,并且构造了9/11,10/10,9/15小波,并将其用于指纹图像的压缩,实验证明9/11,10/10小波的效果都很好. In paper [1] a new algorithm is put forward, which avoid using a Z-transform or Fourier transform. It's a excellent method for constructing wavelets filters. In our paper, the relation between taps of filters and vanish moments is studied, and 9/11, 10/10, 9/15 tap filters were constructed. The experiments results for image compression performances have shown that 9/11, 10/10 tap filters are good.
