摘要
以 THP-1细胞为模型,观察 OX-LDL 对其脂蛋白受体的影响。结果发现,在 PMA 诱导基础上,OX-LDL 使 THP-1细胞的 LDL 受体与清道夫受体活性进一步向相反方向变化。其原因可能在于,OX-LDL 在基因转录水平对这两种受体基因的表达发生相反方向的凋控作用。对其中 OX-LDL 与清道夫受体之间正反馈调节的意义及可能机制进行了讨论。
The effects of ox-LDL on lipoprotein receptors were observed with THP-1 cells as the cell model.The results showed that after induction with PMA,the LDL receptor and scavenger recep- tor activities of THP-1 cells further changed in the opposite direction by addition of ox-LDL to these cells.The reason accounting for such changes may be that ox-LDL could up and down-regulate the gene expression of these receptors respectively at the transcription level.The significance and the possi- ble mechanisms of such positive feed-back between ox-LDL and scavenger receptor were discussed.
