摘要 本文从百合基因克隆、外源基因转化方法及转基因应用等方面,介绍近年来百合基因工程的研究进展,并讨论了百合基因工程研究中存在的问题和应用前景。 New advances in gene engineering researches of lily, including gene clone, gene transformation method and application in lily, are reviewed. Meanwhile, the existing problems and prospects of the app 1 ication of modern biotechnology in lily are discussed.
