摘要
用自行合成的乙烯基交联氨基键合固定相建立了不经分离,只需稀释就可进样定量分析蜂王浆中10-羟基癸烯二酸(10-HDA)的高效液相色谱方法.流动相:含10%甲醇的0.05mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH4.1~4.3);检测器:紫外吸收;波长:213nm.该方法简单,快速,用于测定蜂王浆及其制品中的10-HDA,标准偏差小于1.5%,回收率为95%~105%.
A high performance liquid chromatographic method without handling samples was developed for the determination of 10-hydroxy-2-decencic acid (10-HDA) in Royal jelly, by using polyoxyethylene crosslinking amino group stationary phase and a mobile phase composed of methanol/0. 05 mol/L PH 4. 1~4. 3 phosphate buffer (10/90, V/V ). Based on the proposed method, the analytical result of a few Royal jelly samples showed 95%~105% recovery with 1. 5% RSD.
