摘要
目的探讨其听力损失以及中耳功能障碍的发病情况。方法对213例426耳先天性唇腭裂住院患者进行问卷调查、纯音测听以及声导纳测试。结果腭裂患者听力障碍与中耳功能障碍发病率高,并且听力问题受重视程度低。完全腭裂与不完全腭裂的中耳功能障碍发病率无统计学意义。伴发唇裂的腭裂患者中耳功能障碍的发生率与单纯腭裂患者差别无统计学意义。结论以传导性为主的听力损失以及中耳功能障碍在腭裂患者群体中有高发病率,与腭裂的分型无关,与唇裂的伴发无关。
Objective To study the hearing condition and middle ear function of cleft lip and/or palate through audiologic test. Methods Two hundreds and thirteen cleft lip and/or palate patients（426 ears） were questionnaired and tested by pure tone and admittance. Results The incidence of middle ear disfuntion and hearing loss of the cleft palates were high, which were not though highly. And that of complete cleft palate had no statistics difference with uncomplete cleft palate. Companied with cleft lip or not, the incidence of middle ear disfunction on cleft palates had no statistics difference. Conclusion Middle ear disfunction and conductive hearing loss were related with cleft palate, had no correlation with the type of cleft palate and the company with cleft lip.
