摘要 电压门控钠通道是可兴奋细胞产生电兴奋的基础结构,其α亚单位为基本功能单位,可单独发挥作用。在人类已有9个α亚单位被成功克隆。对钠通道α亚单位的基本结构与分类、选择性剪切、基因克隆与突变、钠通道与肿瘤发生的关系以及神经母细胞瘤钠通道的研究进行阐述。 Voltage-gated sodium channels are essential for r the generation of action potentials in excitable cells. The α-subunit is the basic structure which can plays functional channel alone. So far, 9 subtypes have been cloned from human tissues. The aim of this review is to discuss the basic structure, classification ,alternative splicing,gene clone ,gene mutations of the α-subunit, the relationship of sodium channel and tumor and recent progress in the study of sodium channel in neuroblastoma cells.
