摘要
火电厂要消耗大量的水资源,节水要求较为迫切。新型的水处理技术及干除灰技术的推广应用为火电厂节水提供了条件。在开展节水工作中,要注重水平衡测试,并在此基础上综合采取提高循环水浓缩倍率、降低水灰比等措施,根据不同的水质要求分级使用和回收,做到既保护用水设备的安全,又尽可能地减少新鲜水的用量,同时减少废水的排放,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The thermal power plant consumes a large amount of water so the demand for water saving is urgent. The usage of new techniques on water treatment and dust removal make it possible for water saving in power plant. The water saving methods such as heightening concentration rate and using dry dust removal must be taken by an all-around consideration, and based on water balance test. Also the water should be classified and used respectively according to their different qualities. As a result, the water is properly and safely used and both the supply water and the discharge water are decreased. Therefore, the benefits both on economy and on society are obtained.
