利用自动化加热排湿设备改造传统烤房 被引量:17

摘要 为解决烤烟烘烤工艺难落实的问题,把自动化密集烤房的自动加煤供热、自动通风排湿及控制系统加以改造后,组装到立式炉烤房上,改建成自动加热排湿烤房.试验结果表明,该烤房温湿度能完全自动控制,升温灵,控温稳,平面温差小,能准确落实优质烟烘烤工艺,提高烟叶烘烤质量,使桔黄色烟比例提高13.51%,均价增加1.51元/kg,上等烟比例提高16.87%,烟叶的总糖含量和还原糖含量分别降低3.25%和2.89%,淀粉降低0.70%,烟叶化学成分更为协调.同时还降低烘烤能耗成本32.02%. in order to deal with the dilema to carry out the flue curing schedule, conventional flue-cure barn was rebuilt by installing auto-controlled heater and moisture removal. The test results showed that: the temperature and humidity could be totally auto-controlled for the rebuilt barn, the temperature rose quickly and stably and the temperature difference was smaller than the conventional flue-cure barn. Therefore, the curing schedule for high quality leaves can be carried out correctly and the quality of cured leaves is improved. The first class of leaves increased by 13.51%, average price by 1.51 yuan/kg and total sugar and reduce sugar decreased by 3.25 and 2. 89% respectively, starch by 0.7 %. At the same time, the chemical compositions of tobacco were in balance, and also the cost decreased by 32.02%.
