摘要
本文设计了一种实验系统。在实验中采用频率为2450MHz的微波作为激励源,观察了656.1nm、486.2nm、394.2nm等几条[O2(1△g)]2二聚物的谱带,并利用放大的自发辐射法测出了656.1nm处介质的小信号增益曲线。当气压力0.3torr,微波功率为300W时,净增益为1.83%cm-1。可见[O2(△g)]2二聚物可望成为一种新型准分子激光介质。
In this thesis,an experimental system has been designed.In the experiment,using a 2450 MHz microwave as exciting source,we have obtained several spectral bands of [O2 (1△g)]2 whose centre wave lengths are656.1nm, 486.2nm,and 394. 2nm respectively. We have obtained the gain characteristics of the medium at 656.1nmby the means of amplified spontaneous emission. When the pressure of oxygen was 0. 3 torr and the power of microwave was 300W, the met gain as high as 1. 83 % cm-1 was obtained,so the dimer of [O2 (1△g)]2 is expected to be a new excimer laser medium.
