摘要
目的了解我省药品不良反应发生的情况及危害,为相关政府部门提供决策依据。方法利用国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库软件,对2004年全省2064份药品不良反应报告按照专业分类进行统计分析。结果抗感染药物居首位,其次为中成药、抗肿瘤药物;合并用药占32.51%;给药途径以静脉用药为主;主要的ADR类型为皮肤损害,其次是全身性损害和胃肠系统损害。结论加速药品不良反应信息的传递,提高报告的分析评价能力,为保障公众安全用药及维护公众身体健康服务。
Objective By way of realizing the developing situation of adverse drug reactions （ADR） and the damage to patients,to provide decision-making warranty for govenment. Method In virtue of the database software of national center for ADR mointoring,2 064 Anhui provincial adverse drug reactions reports of 2004 were categorized and analyzed. Result Anti- infective was the first,and prepared Chinese medicine and anticancer agents were the second.The incidence of combined use of drugs was 32,51%,The dosages given by vein was the majority.The main symptoms of ADR were skin damage,gastro-intestinal damage, fever etc. Conclusion We should accelerate the deliver of ADR information and improve the analytical evaluation ability of the reports to assure the safety and healthy for the people.
