吡咯喹啉醌对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)对D半乳糖致衰老大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法用大剂量D半乳糖致大鼠脑老化模型,侧脑室注射PQQ,8周后用水迷宫仪观察大鼠学习记忆能力,并检测各实验组脑组织自由基、SOD、脂竭素、胆碱乙酰基转移酶(CHAT)的含量。结果经PQQ处理后大鼠学习找平台所需的次数[(3.90±1.20)s]和找平台所需的时间[(53.88±18.58)s]显著短于D半乳糖处理组[(5.90±1.20)s,(74.42±21.74)s,P<0.05];PQQ处理组鼠在平台所在处搜索的时间显著长于D半乳糖处理组;PQQ能显著降低由D半乳糖引起的自由基和脂竭素的增加,提高SOD和CHAT(D半乳糖组:242.22nmol·mgpro-1;PQQ处理组:268.43nmol·mgpro-1)的活力。结论PQQ能降低衰老鼠自由基的产生,增加其学习记忆的能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) on learning and memory of aged rats induced by D-galactose. Methods D-galactose was used to induce the model of aging rat, PQQ was administered into the rat lateral intracerebroventricle. The learning and memory ability of rats was measured by using the maze. The contents of free radical and SOD and lipofuscin and CHAT were measured. Results PQQ could improve the decline of learning-memory induced by D-galactose. PQQ could decrease the contents of free radical and increase the activity of SOD and CHAT. Conclusion PQQ could decrease the contents of free radical and increase the ability Of learning-memory in aging rats.
