The designing process of the deep-sea monitoring system taking SJA1000 of PHILIPS as the core and based on CAN bus is discussed.According to C8051F020 microprocessor and SJA1000 controller,the monitoring system performance,hardware connection and software design are explained in detail. The system has advantages of simple structure, low cost and high dependability.
