摘要
作者复制犬低碳酸血性代谢性酸中毒动物模型,动态观察动脉血和脑脊液(CSF)的酸碱变量及主要电解质变化发现:Ⅰ组(n=5,胞室注射速尿,2mg/kg)CSF中6h下降3.2mmol/L,Ⅱ组(n=5,脑室注射等量生理盐水)CSF中下降7.0mmol/L,两组CSF中的下降均伴有等量CSF中[Cl ̄-]的增加。结果说明速尿能抑制脉络丛上皮细胞对血浆Cl-的吸收和分泌,减少CSF中和血浆Cl ̄-的等量交换,提高CSF对代谢性酸中毒的代偿能力,交换在CSF酸碱调节中有重要作用。
he purpose of the present experiment was to study the effects of furosemide on cerebrospinal flu-id(CSF)acid-base regulation in acute metabolic acidosis.The acid-base variables of both arterial blood and CSF and prominent ions in two groups(n=5 each)of dogs were measured.One group was suNected to injec-tions of furosemide in ventricles of brain white,the other group(control)received the same volume of saline.CSF registered a 3.2 mmol/L drop in furosemide group and a 7.0 mmol/L drop in control group after 6h.It was found that the relationships between Cl ̄- and concentrations were of particular significance in maintenance of electrolyte balance.The results suggest:Furosemide inhibits absorption and secretion of plasma Cl ̄- by epithelial cells in choroid ptexus and exchanges;Furosemide can increase the com-pensation of CSF in acute metabolic acidosis,exchange plays an important role in regulation of CSF acid-base balance.
