摘要
中西医结合外科学是一门实践性极强的临床学科。针对传统外科教学模式中存在的一些弊端,从以问题为基础的学习(PBL)模式的基本特征、PBL模式的核心问题、PBL模式问题的设计与提出,以及PBL模式下的考试制度等方面,对中西医结合外科教学PBL模式做了初步探讨。通过将PBL教学模式应用于中西医结合外科教学,节省了临床资源,提高了教学效果,有效地避免了理论与实践脱节的现状,有利于中西医结合外科实用型人才的培养。
Surgery of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is a clinical discipline that attaches great importance to practice. Aiming at weaknesses in traditional modes of teaching surgery, this paper conducts a preliminary study of teaching surgery of integrated Chinese and Western medicine by means of the PBL (problem-based learning) mode. Certain aspects concerning basic features of the mode, kernel problems of the mode, question designing and suggesting of the mode, and examination system under the mode are also talked about. By applying PBL mode into teaching surgery of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, we can save clinical resources, improve teaching effect, and avoid separation of theory and practice, and thus make contributions to nurturing of practical professionals of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
