摘要
世界遗产是人类罕见且无法替代的全人类的财富,世界遗产地景区作为旅游品牌是高品质的旅游胜地,它对游客的吸引力是其他旅游资源无法比拟的,正因为如此,世界遗产地景区的管理者们片面强调其经济效益,影响了他的健康持续发展,特别是近日来许多遗产地景区提出门票涨价的政策,本文从经济学角度深入分析了门票涨价的不合理性,运用总价值构成理论和外部经济理论及公共物品理论就北京世界遗产地门票调价的四点理由提出质疑。
The world heritage is the universal wealth which is rarely seen and unable to be substituted, as a tourist brand, a scenic area of the world heritage is a high quality tour landmark, the attractive ability of other tourist resources can not compare with it. But because of this, the superintendents of these scenic areas lay so much stress on their economic efficiency that this affects their healthy and continual development, and specially, many scenic areas of the world heritage recently prepose a policy to rise their ticket - rates. From the economic angle, this article thoroughly analyzes the irrationality of the policy with the total value constitution theory, the external economy theory and the public goods theory , and the article raises four queries on ticket - adjusting of Beijing scenic spots of the world heritage.
