摘要
目的探讨灵芝多糖口服液对肾缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法 Wistar大鼠60只随机分为4 组①假手术组;②缺血再灌注组;③④灵芝多糖口服液组。③④灌胃灵芝多糖口服液,①②灌胃生理盐水,连续给药7d后,每组均切除右肾,同时①组左肾暴露1 h;②③①组用动脉夹夹闭左肾肾蒂1 h后,去除动脉夹形成再灌注状态。术闭后取24 h和72 h尾静脉血,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛MDA含量。然后将大鼠处死取肾脏作相应检查。结果 24 h口服液组血、肾脏组织中的SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量明显降低.与缺血再灌注组比较有显著性差异,而72 h血、肾组织SOD、MDA各组变化均不明显。结论口服液对肾缺血再灌注损伤大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Ganoderma Polysaccharide oral liquid on renal isehemia- reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: ①sham- operation group, ② renal ischemia- reperfusion group and ③④Ganoderma Polysaccharide oral liquid group. ③④ groups were treated with Ganlderma Polysaccharide oral liquid for 7 days continuously, and ①② groups were treated with saline. All the animals' right kidneys were then excised. After this, in group ②, ③, ④, the left kidney pedicels were clamped with a rteria nip for 1h, and then the nip was removed to make the renal ischemia - reperfusion injury model. The left kidney was only exposed for lh in ①Group. After operalion for 24h and 72h, vein blood of tail was collected for the measurement of SOD and MDA and the rend tissues were taken to do corresponding measuremet after the animals were killed. Results: In oral liquid group, the activity of SOD increased and MDA decreased significantly. There was obvious difference compared with those in ischemia - reperfusion group, wbile SOD and MDA of each group collected 72h later had no obvious change. Conclusion: The data show that Ganoderma Polysaccharide oral liquid has a protective effect on the renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
