摘要
上海市铁路南站广场工程,主体地下结构为地下两层,一层为地下商场,二层为地下车库,基坑总开挖面积大于20 000 m2,开挖深度为13.38 m。基坑采用周边放坡联合中心岛开挖加周边环型底板逆作施工。基坑稳定性及环境影响的监测结果表明,该设计与施工方法在保证基坑稳定性的基础上,能够大大缩短施工工期,并且在最大程度上减少对周边环境的影响。工程较为充分发挥了中心岛开挖法、无支护放坡以及拟作法施工技术的优点,灵活地将3种施工设计方法应用到软土地区大型深基坑围护设计中,其设计施工理念巧妙、先进。通过实践证明该方法不仅大大缩短施工工期,节省了工程投资,而且还有效的保护了基坑周边的环境,这为类似于此类施工环境较为复杂的软土地区大型深基坑设计施工提出了一种新的设计思路。
The main underground structure of a certain square project in Shanghai has two stories. The area of the foundation pit is more than 20 000 m^2, and the depth is 13.38 m. The construction of foundation pit adopts the method of slope associating with mid-island excavation and inverse method with circularity soleplate around. The monitoring results of stability and influence of environment show that, not only can such method of construction and design ensure stability of pit, but also shorten period of construction and decrease impact on the environment around. So the method aoolied in the project will be taken as an examole for large foundation pit in soft soil.
