OBSERVATION OF THE SERUM CRP CHANGES IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME PRE-AND-POST PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION

摘要 目的探讨经皮冠脉介入治疗术(PCI)对急性冠脉综合征患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法132例急性冠脉综合征患者分为两组,观察组73例行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术及支架置入术;对照组59例行冠脉造影术。采用速率散射比浊法测定术前及术后血清CRP浓度。结果观察组CRP浓度术后较术前明显增高(P<0.01);观察组术后CRP浓度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组CRP浓度术前术后相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论PCI术损伤血管内膜,可引起急性冠脉综合征患者血清CRP浓度升高,并可作为PCI术后患者预后的预测指标。
