摘要
采用自制的TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3负载钛催化体系合成了聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体。在250 ̄500mL聚合瓶中研究了陈化对1-丁烯聚合的影响规律,考察了催化剂摩尔比、陈化与否、陈化温度和陈化时间对单体转化率的影响。结果表明:当n(Al)/n(Ti)较低时陈化可显著提高1-丁烯转化率;当n(Al)/n(Ti)较高时对提高单体转化率效果不明显,与不陈化的情况无明显差别;相同n(Al)/n(Ti)、n(Ti)/n(1-丁烯),陈化时间均为10min时,陈化温度为30℃时单体转化率最高;2h以内陈化时间对单体转化率无明显影响,继续延长陈化时间则单体转化率下降较快。
Polybutene-l-thermoplastic elastomer (PBt-TPE) was synthesized with self-made TiCIJMgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3 supported titanium catalyst system. The effects of aging on l-butene polymerization were studied in 250-500ml flask. The effects of catalyst molar ratio, aging and no aging, aging temperature and aging time on 1-butene conversion were surveyed.The results showed that aging can increase obviously monomer conversion when n(Al)/n(Ti) is low,while its effect is not obvious when n(Al)/n(Ti) is high, similarly to no aging. When the aging time is 10 min, the aging temperature is 30%,the monomer conversion is the highest at the same n(Al)/n(Ti) and n(Ti)/n(1-butene).Monomer conversion does not change much when aging time is less than 2 h, while it decreases greatly when aging time is more than 2 h.
