摘要
吕瑞昌等先生编著的《汉英翻译教程》自出版以来印数多影响大。但所用译例存在的一些问题。突出表现有5个方面:一是原文词汇意思确定不当;二是原文理解偏差;三是忽略原文文体风格;四是漏译、死译、硬译、乱增删;五是英语选词、译文表达与组织不当,针对这些问题提出完善和修改建议。
Problems in A Handbook of Chinese -English Translation compiled by Lu Ruichang, Yu Yungen, Zhang Fuxing, Li Jiahu and Zhang Xiequan, include： 1）choosing a wrong meaning of words and expressions in the ST; 2 ） misunderstanding the ST; 3 ） neglecting the stylistics of the ST; 4 ） mechanical translation, servile translation, etc. ;5 ）misusing English words and expressions. This article analyzes such problems and gives corrections as well.
