二氧化氯氧化废水中苯胺及其中间产物研究 被引量:3

摘要 本实验使用二氧化氯对水中苯胺的去除进行了研究,考察了反应时间、pH、温度以及二氧化氯用量对苯胺去除率的影响,并通过正交实验设计确定了二氧化氯去除苯胺的最佳操作条件为:pH值为5.8,苯胺与二氧化氯的浓度比为3∶10,反应时间为30 min,温度为35℃时,苯胺的去除率最佳,达到73.26%.同时对反应过程中产生的中间产物也进行了实验研究,可知中间产物是苯醌,当苯胺与二氧化氯的浓度比为1∶7时对苯醌的去除率达到最高. Chlorine dioxide was employed to treat aniline in this experiment. The effects of reaction time, pH,temperature and ClO2 dosage on removal efficiency of aniline were investigated. Through the orthogonal experlments,the optimum conditions were determined as: pH5.8, dosage ratio between ClO2 and aniline was 10 : 3,reaction time was 30 min and the reaction temperature 35 ℃ when the highest removal efficiency of aniline reached 73. 26%. Moreover, the intermediate products formed in the reaction processes were studied,too. And it was found that the main intermediate product was benzoquinone which could be re moved by ClO2 when the reaction concentration ratio between ClO2 and aniline was 7 : 1.
