摘要
软测量是近年来检测和过程控制领域涌现出的一种新技术,基本原理是利用易测变量来建立模型计算待测变量。针对微波烧结中温度难以测量的问题,在研究微波温度场的基础上,提出了微波烧结材料仿真软测量的理论方法,通过对非微波加热区温度的测量,根据热传导及界面热阻的理论推导出烧结材料的实际温度。并通过试验,用微波炉模拟微波烧结腔体测得温度数据,建立模型。结果证明:根据试验数据建立的模型与假设的指数神经网络模型很吻合,证明了方法的可行性。
Soft measurement is a new technology which is come up in fields of detection and process control at recent years. Its basic principle is to use variable that is easy to measure to establish the model to deduce the measured one. The difficult problem that is temperature measurement of microwave sintering materials is discussed. Based on the research of microwave sintering field experiment, the theoretical method of simulation soft measurement is suggested. Through measuring the temperature of non-hot area, the practical temperature of sintering material can be deduced according to theories of heat conductivity and interface thermal resistance. In experiment, microwave oven is used to simulate microwave sintering cavity, then temperature data are gained and model is established. Result shows that the model established agrees with the assumptive exponential model based on the nerve network theory and the feasibility of the method is prove.
