摘要
介绍了一种新型低功耗无磁水表的设计。对水量的各种测量方法进行了比较分析,并详细叙述了无磁传感器利用LC振荡电路来测量水量的原理。主控器采用目前国际上功耗最低的MSP430FW 427单片机,该单片机能够利用内部流量扫描模块(SCAN IF)有效地转换振荡波形,不需要外部流量检测IC,提高测量的精度和灵敏度。重点说明了如何利用MSP430FW单片机实现水量检测的原理和相关部分的软件、硬件设计及系统低功耗的实现方法。
Design of a new type of water meter with nonmagnetic and low power is described. All kinds of flow measurements are analyzed, and the principle of the nonmagnetic sensor which uses LC oscillating circuit to measure water flow are discussed in detail. The MSP430FW427 is used as control MCU. The function is realized by the SCAN IF module without IC circuit external,which improves the precision and sensitivity of flow measurement. The realization of the fluid flow measurement and the correlative design of hardware and software are introduced.
