摘要
目的 建立核黄素磷酸钠中核黄素的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法,采用NH2色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(体积比67:33)用稀盐酸调pH5.3为流动相,荧光检测。激发波长:445nmy发射波长:520nm。结果 核黄素在0.1092~2.184μg/mL范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.5%。结论 本方法准确,灵敏,快捷。
Objective To develop the assay methods of riboflavin in riboflavin sodium phosphate. Methods HPLC method was used to determine riboflavin in riboflavin sodium phosphate with NH2 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( 67 : 33 ) ( adjusted the solution with hydrochloride acid to pH 5. 3 ). The fluorometric detector, excitation wavelength: 445 nm, emission wavelength: 520 nm. Results Riboflavin had a good linearity( r = 0.9999) within 0. 1092 - 2. 184μg/mL. Tile average recovery was 99.1%, with the RSD of 1.5% (n =5). Conclusions The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid
