摘要
本文利用苦味酸对4-甲基伞形酮荧光的猝灭效应,提出了一种新的测定苦味酸的方法,线性范围为1×10-4~1×10-6mol/L,以3σ衡量,检出限为8×10-7mol/L,用于药品奎宁的间接测定和水样中苦味酸的直接测定,结果令人满意。
A new method for determining picric acid based on fluorescence quenching of 4methylumbelliferone was reported' The linear range was 1 × 10 4~ 1 × 10-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 8 × 10-7 mol/L. lt has been successfully applied to the indirect determinationof quinine in compound quinine injection sample and the determination of picric acid in watersamples .
